In our study, we propose a modernization of the 21-story hotel tower with a new construction of the ballroom and conference area that satisfies today’s standards. 

Furthermore, we propose to create a new spatial closure with the new buildings, along the currently unresolved edges of the urban block. On the banks of the Main, residential use is to be created, while on the land side office space for co-working facilitities is planned in connection with the new event and conference areas. A modern hotel lobby creates a public connection between the land side and the river Main, with a bar and terrace and swimming pool on the roof. Based on this study, we have now been commissioned by the owner with the architectural services.
